Product Overview

Jeep Renegade is an entry-level subcompact crossover in production from 2014 to 2018, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.4 to 2.4 liters.
The most affordable crossover bearing the Jeep nameplate, the Renegade is plasticky and rather ugly. Its chassis and suspension setup are not attuned to offroading, though it serves suburban driving just fine. To this end, however, it has lingering reliability concerns that one cannot overlook.
