Product Overview

Saab 9-7X is a mid-size luxury SUV in production from 2004 to 2008. It was available with a range of inline-6 and V8 engines that displaced 4.2 to 6.0 liters, including an LS2 V8.
Built on GM's GMT360 platform, the 9-7X is a rare body-on-frame SUV from Europe (although the vehicle was assembled in the US primarily for the North American market). GM essentially repackaged a Chevy TrailBlazer, though the 9-7X is markedly more upscale, making it a smaller alternative to the Cadillac Escalade.
Utility-minded owners will love the 2268L (80cu-ft) cargo space. The body-on-frame construction with solid rear axle mean that the 9-7X has rather good offroad capabilities, too.
