Product Overview

Mercedes-Benz B-Class W245 is an affordable compact minivan in production from 2005 to 2008, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.5 to 2.0 liters.
Based on the W169 A-Class, the B-Class is a larger model with more interior space, though it is similarly ugly. Unfortunately, Mercedes also used CVT as the auto transmission. Combined with basic, barely engineered engines, this makes for a weak drivetrain, too.
Utility-minded owners will love the 2245L (79cu-ft) cargo space.
