Product Overview

Ford Mustang 6 (chassis code S550) is a mid-size sports coupe in production from 2015 to 2017, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of V6, V8, and turbocharged inline-4 engines that displaced 2.3 to 5.0 liters.
Owners will probably enjoy the powerful, V8 in the GT version the most, which is smoother than smaller engines and comes with an exhaust note that is sure to please. With the sweet 6-speed manual transmission, the Mk6 Mustang remains one of the most affordable option for pure driving pleasure.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Ford Mustang 6 uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.

Reviewer score 64% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from carmagazine have found:
The Ford Mustang CS700 is a tuner special created by longstanding British 'Stang specialist, Clive Sutton. Sutton has gone and bolted on a Willy Wonka-sounding Whipple twin-screw supercharger to very nearly double power to a monstrous 700bhp. At £72,500, it costs nearly £38k over a stock V8'Stang.
Pros
  • Gorgeous V8
  • Punchy exhaust
  • Impressive power
Cons
  • Lacklustre V8
