Product Overview

Nissan Leaf (chassis code ZE0) is an affordable compact electric hatchback in production from 2010 to 2017. It was powered by 109hp of electric twisting power aided by batteries from 24kWh to 30kWh.
The first EV from Nissan and the cheapest when it came on the market, the Leaf targets the price-sensitive market. Unfortunately, because Nissan omitted active cooling for the battery pack, battery degradation is a serious issue on the Mk1 Leaf, so much so that the car is worthless in just a few short years.
The driving dynamics of the Leaf is equally lacking.
Nissan has made a good effort in aerodynamics, with a decent 0.28 coefficient of drag to show for it.
Another plus is the small 10.4m (34.1ft) turning circle.
