Product Overview

Subaru Impreza 5 Hatchback (chassis code GT) is a compact hatchback in production from 2016 to 2020, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of flat-4 engines that displaced 1.6 to 2.0 liters.
Compared to the Mk4 Impreza, the GT Impreza has a more modern styling at the front, though Subaru did the Impreza a dirty one on the rear design, which is most kindly described as "busy".
Subaru got rid of the diesel engines and further reduced the number of engines and transmissions available.
Thanks to regulations, this generation of Impreza has become rather generic and has fully lost what made Subaru special to enthusiasts.
