Product Overview

Mercedes-Benz B-Class W246 is a subcompact minivan in production from 2011 to 2014, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.5 to 2.1 liters.
Compared to the Gen1 B-Class, the W246 is almost like a big facelift. The only notable difference is that the CVT found in the W245 was replaced by a 7-speed DCT. With the introduction of uglier models such as the CLA and GLA classes, the W246 also became a little more sensible.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Mercedes-Benz B-class uses a basic suspension setup which doesn't provide the best handling or comfort.
