Product Overview

Volvo XC60 (chassis code Y20) facelift is a compact crossover in production from 2013 to 2017. It was available with a range of inline-4, inline-5, and inline-6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.0 liters.
Compared to the pre-facelift XC60, the facelift is primarily an exercise in exterior design. Fortunately, Volvo got rid of much of the black plastics, opting for body-colored skirts and bumper instead. The front and rear light assemblies were also updated.
Fortunately, both manual transmission and Volvo's characteristic I5 and Small I6 engines remained available. A new 8-speed automatic was also introduced.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Volvo XC60 uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.
