Product Overview

Honda Accord 8 Tourer is a mid-size station wagon in production from 2008 to 2012. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 2.0 to 2.4 liters.
Compared to the Gen7 Accord Tourer, the Gen8 model has a much more grown-up design that is imposing at the same time. In many ways, it is a true success.
Mechanically, the vehicle still used Honda's old I4 NA petrol + FWD formula, which is proven, reliable, and rather efficient. The great 5- and 6-speed manual transmissions remained available, though the 5-speed auto was long in the tooth.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Honda Accord 8 comes with double-wishbone and multi-link suspensions. While unusual for a FWD vehicle, this setup offers superior handling characteristics than a normal strut setup.
This vehicle was also sold as Acura TSX in North America.
