Product Overview

Alpina B3 Touring E46 is a compact executive station wagon in production from 2000 to 2006. It was available with a range of modified inline-6 engines that displaced 3.3 liters.
Based on E46 BMW 3 Series Touring, the Alpina E46 B3 Touring was originally based on the E46 BMW 328i. After the facelift (LCI), an AWD model (B3 3.3 Allrad) based on the 330ix and a higher-output model (B3 S) based on the 330i were used. This corresponds with M52TUB28 and M54B30 base engines respectively.
As usual, the B3 is extraordinarily handsome and is an equally-desirable alternative to the E46 M3, which did not come in wagon form. The modified I6 engines are still easy to DIY and maintain (provided that no Alpina-specific parts require replacement).
