Product Overview

Volkswagen Passat B7 Alltrack is a mid-size station wagon in production from 2010 to 2014. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.8 to 2.0 liters.
Based on the B7 Passat Variant, the Alltrack is the "uglified" version a la Audi allroad quattro, with extra black plastic, raised ride height, and bigger wheels. This gives the driver the "offroad" look without sacrificing the wagon utility (though the sacrifices in styling can be high).
Unlike many other "uglified" wagons, the B7 Passat Alltrack doesn't come with AWD by default. Only some models have AWD. This further attests to the fact that it is all about painting a "tough" image that many find so important.
