Product Overview

Toyota Venza (chassis code AV10) is a mid-size crossover in production from 2008 to 2012, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with an inline-4 and a V6 that displaced 2.7 and 3.5 liters respectively.
Based on a XV40 Camry chassis, the Gen1 Toyota Venza is akin to a mini Lexus RX, with less equipment and a lower roofline. Its two engines are both venerable and exceptionally reliable, with the 2GR-FE being obviously more attractive.
Drivers who appreciate handling should keep in mind that the Toyota Venza uses MacPherson front suspension, which doesn't provide the best cornering performance.
