Audi S4 Avant B9 (Typ 8W) is a high-performance compact executive station wagon in production from 2016 to 2019, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with two V6 engines that displaced 3.0 liters.
While the B9 S4 Avant was launched with a V6TT petrol engine, newer regulations in Europe convinced Audi to switch to a 3.0L V6 TDI diesel for just the European markets from 2019. Both engines are paired to a ZF 8HP automatic transmission.
Arguably, the B9 S4 Avant is a bit over-styled, but it is not over-styled enough like the B9 RS4 to be an imposing machine. This could mean that in the near future the car will be age well.
