Product Overview

Audi RS 6 Avant C7 (Typ 4G) is an executive station wagon in production from 2013 to 2018. It was available with a single bi-turbocharged V8 engine that displaced 4.0 liters.
Compared to the V10TT-powered C6 RS 6, the C7 RS 6 Avant dropped two cylinders but increased in power output. This, with the help of a hot-vee V8 TFSI engine that has since shown to be general fine but suffers from many hot-vee-specific issues once the miles pile up.
For the first time, Audi also introduced an RS6 Avant Performance with even higher output and somewhat less consideration on comfort.
Overall, the exterior design of the C7 RS 6 Avant remained gorgeous, but the loss of V10TT meant that it is just an Audi S6 with higher output.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the RS 6 Avant always comes with multi-link suspensions at all four corners. This provides the best cornering performance and tunability, at the expense of cost and a little bit of durability.
