Acura TL 3 (chassis code UA6/UA7) is an executive sedan in production from 2003 to 2008. It was available with two V6 engines that displaced 3.2 and 3.5 liters.
The base TL used the 3.2L version of the Honda J V6 engine. It was available with either a 5-speed auto or a 6-speed manual gearbox. The manual version also has an integrated Torsen limited slip differential.
The Type-S vehicle used the 3.2L version of the J V6 engine. It was mated to a 5-speed automatic.
Acura continued to equip the TL with double-wishbone suspensions at the front and multi-link at the rear.
