Product Overview

Honda Civic 10 (chassis code FC/FK) Sedan is a compact sedan in production from 2016 to 2021. It was available with a range of inline-3 and inline-4 engines that displaced 1.0 to 2.0 liters.
Compared to its long line of predecessors in the last decade and half, the Civic 10 has one of the more coherent designs, though it is the hatchback that really looks great.
Honda elected to use CVT for its petrol cars alongside the standard manual transmission. This has not been a popular choice. For the single diesel engine, a 9-speed automatic was used. Complaints of these have been abundant.
While two decades ago the Civic was the best-handling compact car, today it has a lethargic chassis and suspension setup. Even semi-independent suspension is used for the rear on some models.

External Reviews

digitaltrends[1]

Reviewer score 80% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
The steering is precise, and the chassis effortlessly takes a set in corners. The turbocharged engine provides more than enough thrust, although it comes on in a less frenetic way than Honda's old naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engines. Honda Sensing includes adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, forward collision warning, lane keep assist, automatic high beams, and lane departure warning.
Pros
  • Gorgeous interior
  • Comfortable ride
  • Excellent infotainment system
Cons
  • LaneWatch isn’t for everyone
