Product Overview

Hyundai Grandeur / Azera 4 (chassis code TG) facelift is an affordable mid-size sedan in production from 2009 to 2011. It was available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 2.4 to 3.8 liters.
Compared to the pre-facelift model, the exterior styling could be argued to have improved markedly (as was the case with the Sonata 5, which shared a similar copy-paste design in the pre-facelift guise). Mechanically, the larger engines were up-rated while fuel economy was improved.
Drivers who appreciate handling will be pleased to know that the Hyundai Grandeur / Azera IV comes with double-wishbone and multi-link suspensions. While unusual for a FWD vehicle, this setup offers superior handling characteristics than a normal strut setup.
