Product Overview

Hyundai Grandeur / Azera 4 (chassis code TG) is an affordable mid-size sedan in production from 2005 to 2010, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 2.2 to 3.8 liters.
In many ways, the Gen4 Grandeur looks rather like the Gen5 (NF) Sonata. Both are clearly inspired by the Honda Accord and, to a lesser extent, VW Passat. However, the Grandeur / Azera is positioned as a higher-end model:
It has a great double-wishbone + multi-link suspension setup. While unusual for a FWD vehicle, this offers superior handling characteristics than a normal strut setup.
Hyundai also gave more powerful engines to the Grandeur / Azera and made it a little bit more spacious.
Hyundai has made a good effort in aerodynamics, with a decent 0.28 coefficient of drag to show for it.
