Toyota Corolla 11 (code E170/E180) is an affordable compact sedan in production from 2012 to 2015. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.3 to 1.6 liters. It was sold as E160 in select markets, too.
As has always been the case with Corolla, the Gen11 is a global car that Toyota assembles in a large number of plants, each with different variations. It can sometimes be difficult to tell that two vehicles are both Corolla from the same generation underneath.
Transmission-wise, both 5- and 6-speed manual, 4- and 5-speed auto, and 7- and 8-speed CVT (virtual) are offered.
Toyota has made a good effort in aerodynamics, with a decent 0.27 coefficient of drag to show for it.
