Product Overview

Nissan Sentra 6 (code B16) is an entry-level compact sedan in production from 2006 to 2012. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 2.0 to 2.5 liters.
As has been the case for Nissan during the years when the Gen6 Sentra was introduced, the car did not seem to have received much care in design and engineering. It shared a lot of parts and design elements from Renault, which can hardly be construed as an advantage.
Still, Nissan assembled many of these in its Japanese plant, which was a strange decision. Another plus was the fact that the two venerable naturally-aspirated engines were rather economical and reliable.
