Product Overview

Chevrolet Malibu 8 is an affordable large sedan in production from 2012 to 2016. It is available with a series of inline-4 engines from 2.0L to 2.5L. In select markets, a V6 was also available, but that unit had no output advantage vis-à-vis the 2.0T engine.
Limited to inline-4, the Malibu 8 was clearly an economy option. This is again echoed in the choice of suspension setup and the general fit and finish of the vehicle.
Chevrolet has made a good effort in aerodynamics, with a decent 0.28 coefficient of drag to show for it. The Chevrolet Malibu VIII also comes with a high towing capacity.
