Volvo S80 facelift is a premium executive sedan in production from 2003 to 2006. It is available with inline-5 and inline-6 engines that displace from 2.4L to 2.9L.
Compared to the pre-facelift model, the facelift features a larger bi-turbo inline-6 engine (2.9L from 2.8L), though the output levels are unchanged. It is the engine that owners will likely appreciate the most: Like all inline-6 petrol engines, it is perfectly balanced and, thanks to the turbos, manages a decent 380Nm of torque.
Another interesting powertrain option was the inline-5 common rail diesel.
