Product Overview

Canon EOS M100 is an affordable, ultra-slim mirrorless camera in the Canon EF-M-mount system. Introduced by Canon in 2017, it comes with an APS-C sensor with 24 MP (6000 x 4000) resolution.
The camera has a poor battery life, and a second or third battery may be needed to get you through the day. The M100's 6.1 fps burst rate limits its use for certain types of photography, but it is hardly something that most photographers should worry about.
The EOS M100 comes with 49 autofocus points.

Reviewers from cameralabs have found:
Canon's EOS M100 is aimed at those upgrading from phone photography. It's compact enough to slip in your pocket and the simple controls mean anyone can pick it up and start shooting straight away. There's no built-in viewfinder, but the flip-up screen and great connectivity make it easy to shoot photos and videos as if you'd shot them on a phone. It has decent, timelapse for your movies and confident focusings and video.
Pros
  • Excellent autofocus
  • Easy to use
  • Built-in Wifi, NFC and Bluetooth
Cons
  • No 4K video
  • No mic or headphone jack
