Product Overview

Sony Alpha QX1 is an affordable, ultra-compact mirrorless camera in the Sony E-mount system. Introduced by Sony in 2014, it comes with an APS-C sensor with 20 MP (5456 x 3632) resolution.
The camera has a usable battery life, though a second battery may be a good thing to keep in your camera bag. The Sony Alpha QX1's 3.5 fps burst rate limits its use for certain types of photography, but it is hardly something that most photographers should worry about.
Without a viewfinder, the ILCE-QX1 is designed to be used with a mobile device.
