Product Overview

Olympus M.Zuiko ED 12-200mm F3.5-6.3 is an all-in-one zoom lens for Micro Four Thirds-mount. It covers the MFT image circle. Introduced by Olympus in 2019, it has 16 elements in 11 groups.
Like most zoom lenses, the M.Zuiko ED 12-200mm F3.5-6.3 is externally-zooming. For incremental weathers, Olympus is kind enough to include weather sealing.
An all-in-one zoom lens, the M.Zuiko ED 12-200mm F3.5-6.3 trades some performance for versatility, though the most discerning photographers may find the image quality hardly satisfactory.

pcmag[1]

Reviewer score 60% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcmag have found:
At 12mm it focuses almost right up to the front element, though the wide angle limits the macro magnification. When zoomed all the way in, it's good for subjects as close as 8.7 inches for 1:2.8 life-size projection. Autofocus is quick and silent, though, and most people who buy this lens will rely on it.
Pros
  • Excellent image quality
  • In-camera stabilization
  • Fast autofocus
Cons
  • Limited zoom range
