Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM Lens shares the same focal length range but omits OSS. The Tamron lens provides a one stop wider aperture, allowing up to 2x more light into the exposure and permitting a stronger background blur. The f/4 lens shows modestly fewer flare effects at the wider focal lengths.
