techadvisor[1]
Reviewer score 67% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Philips Brilliance 346P1CRH is a competent screen with lots of appeal for gamers and business users alike. 3440 × 1440 might seem remarkably close to 4K, but it isn't. This display is HDR 400 compliant, but don't purchase it based on this standard. The uniformity of colour over the whole screen is generally good, although it has some small issues with how the backlight is distributed over the panel.
Pros
- Decent colour and contrast
- Excellent build quality
- Good value for money
Cons
- No KVM support
- No USB-C port
techradar[2]
Reviewer score 72% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Philips Brilliance 346P1CRH has a tight 1500R curvature, 3,440 by 1,440 pixels and up to 100Hz refresh. It's a VA rather than the IPS type panel you might normally expect from this class of monitor. There's no support for rotation into portrait, but that's not a surprise given the curved panel. However, the super wide aspect ratio is fantastic for viewing multiple documents and webpages in parallel.
Pros
- Super wide aspect ratio
- USB-C docking
- 100Hz refresh
Cons
- Mediocre color accuracy
