LG 27GP750 UltraGear is the most affordable 27-inch gaming monitor in LG's 2021 lineup. Still, unlike earlier entry options, the 27GP750 uses an 8-bit IPS panel, though it sticks with FHD.
The move from TN to IPS does not compromise speed; instead, it helps give the monitor a boost in this regard, bumping it to 240Hz refresh rate with 1ms (Grey-to-Grey) response time. Meanwhile, the 27GP750 also gets 99% sRGB coverage, making it a more useful monitor for tasks beyond gaming.
Other 27-inchers in LG's "GP" series are QHD and 4K models that share the same design cues. Consumers can base their decision on the resolution at which they plan to game on.
