LG 24GN650 UltraGear is a variation of the 24GN600, which is an affordable 24-inch FHD gaming monitor in LG's 2020 ("N") model year. It features an 8-bit IPS panel with 99% sRGB coverage and 144Hz refresh rate.
Compared to the 24GL650 from 2019, the newer model is a notable improvement: A more capable IPS panel is employed, giving the monitor a satisfying 99% sRGB coverage with HDR10 support. LG has also thrown in G-Sync support for good measure.
Considering the comparable retail price (indeed the 24GN650 may be found cheaper), the 2020 model is the better buy at this point.
Compared to the 24GN600 on which this monitor is based, the 24GN650 differs only in offering a monitor stand with not only tilt but also height and pivot adjustments.
While some competitors have been releasing their fastest monitors in the 24-inch class, LG's best effort at it is limited to this model.
