LG 27GN600 UltraGear is the most affordable 27-inch gaming monitor with an IPS panel in LG's 2020 ("N") model year. It may be considered the successor to the 27GL650F from 2019, though as a newer model it is certainly not a better one:

The 27GN600 has the same 144Hz refresh rate. It even improves upon the 27GL650F by having a 1ms Grey-to-Grey (rather than MBR) response time. However, it is less bright, and it comes with a basic monitor stand without much adjustability.

To get a better monitor stand, LG offers the 27GN650 with essentially the same display unit. For even higher refresh rate, there is the 27GN750, among others. The range tops out at a 4K 27GN950 (for which the "950" model number should already tell you all you need to know).
