Lenovo Go USB-C ANC In-Ear Headphones are part of Lenovo's new Go sub-brand of accessories designed for mobile productivity use cases. They feature active noise cancellation (ANC) for the headphones and environmental noise cancellation (ENC) for the microphones, giving the user an improved calling experience even in noisy situations.
With calling being a crucial application of the Go USB-C ANC In-Ear Headphones, they come with an in-line control section that aids not only noise cancellation but also voice pick-up.
The headphones use only USB-C connection, which is a compromise as many of today's smartphones have lost the 3.5mm headphone jack. Via USB-C, it is able to work with most mobile devices.
Lenovo is not boasting the sound quality of these headphones. Instead, they are certified for Microsoft Teams and are compatible with Skype for Business. They are also tested with a broad range of video conferencing software.
Alongside the Go USB-C ANC In-Ear Headphones, Lenovo also unveiled at WMC 2021 two headsets and a speakerphone for conferencing.
