Product Overview
Huawei FreeBuds 4 are premium true wireless headphones introduced in 2021. Compared to their predecessor, the FreeBuds 3, these earbuds are smaller and lighter; the new Open-fit Active Noise Cancellation 2.0 delivers strong ANC performance while keeping the wearer aware of important environmental sounds.
The FreeBuds 4 use Huawei's adaptive ear-matching technology to detect the wearer's unique ear shape and intelligently adapts the noise cancellation modes to improve the listening experience. Their new 14.3mm LCP dynamic drivers drivers extend the frequency range in both the top and low ends.
On the battery life front, the FreeBuds 4 extend the performance of the FreeBuds 3 and are able to deliver up to 22 hours of playback (ANC off). With fast charging, 2.5 hours of playback time can be added in 15 minutes.
Huawei also markets the FreeBuds 4i, which make for a more affordable option.

The battery inside the case brings another 22 hours (ANC off) to the table. There is also a version of the FreeBud 4 that comes with a case that can be charged wirelessly.

Reviewer score 73% (normalized by Neofiliac)Huawei Freebuds 4 have a one-size-fits-all approach. They are very light and comfortable in the ear, if that's the style of bud you prefer. To manage your music each bud has touch controls, you swipe up or down the stem to adjust the volume. You tap twice to pause or play the track and hold down to switch noise cancelling on or off. Each bud has a built-in microphone, calls were overall clear and loud.
