Huawei MateBook 14 is a premium 14-inch laptop powered by 11th-gen Intel Tiger Lake mobile processors up to i7-1165G7. Like many MateBooks, it boasts a gorgeous 3:2-aspect ratio IPS display. The additional vertical height increases the viewing area in a compact chassis.
Compared to the AMD-powered MateBook 16, the MateBook 14 loses one of the USB Type-C ports but offers otherwise identical I/O options. Compared to the top-of-the-line MateBook X Pro, it is marginally larger while the resolution of its display is close to 30% lower.
Other interesting features include Huawei's unique collapsible camera that is great for those who care the utmost about their privacy. There is also a fingerprint reader on the power button.
