Product Overview

Laowa 10mm f/2 Zero-D is an ultra-compact ultra-wide angle prime lens. It is currently the only Zero-D series lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras and, at just over 120 grams, the lightest.
With MFT, the 10mm f/2 Zero-D produces a 20mm full-frame-equivalent focal length that is both wide and easy to use.
Like several other recent lenses from the Chinese manufacturer, the 10mm f/2 Zero-D has electronics that transmit EXIF information to the camera and control the aperture mechanism. Extra advantages from this addition include automatic calibration of in-body image stabilization as well as trigger for the focus magnifier when the focus ring is rotated.
As usual with Laowa lenses, this Zero-D lens has a minimum focusing distance of just 12cm, allowing the photographer to place the subject extreme close to the camera, producing a dramatic perspective.
Last but not least, the lens' 5-bladed aperture makes it a great option for sun stars, while the f/2 maximum aperture makes it a good choice for night and astro photography as well.
A couple of other photographic lenses by Laowa for MFT include the 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye and the 7.5mm f/2.
