JBL Tour Pro+ TWS
True Wireless EarbudsProduct Gallery
Product Overview
JBL Tour Pro+ TWS are true wireless in-ear headphones powered by JBL's 6.8mm dynamic drivers. They feature the company's Adaptive Noise Cancelling that allows consumers to tune out ambient noise while carry out conversations without removing the earbuds.
Compared to the Live Pro+ unveiled at the same time at CES 2021, the Tour Pro+ TWS are designed for business professionals rather than pure music enjoyment. As such, they trade in the 11mm drivers for 6.8mm ones for a more discrete fit and longer battery life.
The JBL Tour Pro+ boasts up to 8 hours of battery life with ANC off with three extra charges available from the charging case. The charging case also supports wireless charging.
Naturally, the Tour Pro+ supports a broad range of voice assistants such as Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

digitaltrends[1]
Reviewer score 76% (normalized by Neofiliac)The JBL Tour Pro+ are a well-priced, elegantly designed set of true wireless earbuds. They sound great, have very good battery life and call quality, and their wake-word access for voice assistants is a rare and helpful feature. Their mediocre ANC and awkward control options are drawbacks, but definitely not deal-breakers.
Pros
- Great sound quality
- Good battery life
- Good call quality
Cons
- Awake-word access only works on Android
rtings[2]
Reviewer score 41% (normalized by Neofiliac)The JBL Tour Pro Plus have a very neutral sound, although they lack a bit of low-bass. A dip in the mid-mid also pushes vocals and lead instruments to the back of the mix. They have a less-than-immersive passive soundstage due to their closed-back, in-ear design.
Pros
- Comfortable, well-built design
- Very good noise isolation
- Good battery life
Cons
- Mediocre passive soundstage
- Sub-par mic recording performance
tomsguide[3]
Reviewer score 75% (normalized by Neofiliac)Despite some mishaps on the music end, the Tour Pro Plus is a solid performer when it comes to video content. YouTube clips were loud and clear, which was perfect for ESPN commentary clips, movie trailers, and podcasts. Smart Audio & Video is a newer feature that lets you prioritize performance by connectivity or sound.
Pros
- Great sound quality
- Great battery life
- Dual Connect + Sync
Cons
- Poor noise cancellation
- Poor audio clarity
