Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset is a solid headset designed for business use. It joins other "Modern"-branded computer accessories unveiled in recent months to combine durability with practical features.
Unlike gaming headsets that boast immersive sound stage and broad frequency response, the Modern Wireless Headset by Microsoft is engineered primarily for voice. It comes with a flip-to-mute microphone that is aided by strong active noise cancellation.
The Modern Wireless Headset also comes with convenient features such as a number of physical controls on the earcup. It comes with a USB dongle for wireless connection, though Bluetooth is also supported. With up to 50 hours of battery life, the Modern Wireless Headset is certified for Microsoft Teams.
For those who demand higher sound quality, Microsoft also introduced the Surface Headphones 2+ at the same time.
