Canon RF600mm F4 L IS USM is a professional super-telephoto lens for Canon's RF-mount system. Unveiled with the RF400mm F2.8 L, the RF600mm is clearly designed for the upcoming Olympic Games.
Weighing just 6.8 lbs, it is significantly more compact than its EF-mount counterpart. It also offers a more useful minimum focusing distance.
Naturally, the RF600mm F2.8 L comes with strong optical image stabilization rated up to 5.5 stops. It is also compactible with Canon's RF 1.4x and 2x extenders released last year.
Another feature that photographer will appreciate is the ability to have two focus presets that allows the user to switch between two focal points instantly.
