Cambridge Audio Evo S is a bookshelf loudspeaker debuted with the company's new all-in-one music players Evo 75 and Evo 150. They are tuned to complement the sound signatures of each other.
Sharing the design of Cambridge Audio's SX-series loudspeakers, particularly, the SX-50, the Evo S uses a more premium construction. It comes with a 1" silk dome tweeter and a 6.5" anodized aluminum cone woofer that together deliver a warm sound and broad frequency response for the size of the speaker.
One additional unit unveiled at the same time is the Evo CD, which is a matching CD transport, that completes the Evo system.
