Product Overview
LG gram 17 17Z95N is a late-2020 upgrade of the gram 17 17Z90N with 11th-gen Intel Core Tiger Lake i7-1165G7 processor. Sharing much of the same features and specifications rather with the 2021 gram 17 17Z90P, the 17Z95N retains the old design of the 2020 17Z90N.
As has been the case of all gram 17s, the 17Z95N boasts a gorgeous 17-inch 16:10 IPS display in an ultra-light magnesium alloy chassis.
As a stop-gap between the 17Z90N and the 17Z90P, however, the 17Z95N does not offer Thunderbolt 3 but rather retains the port layout of the early-2020 model. Its IPS display is also identical to the 17Z90N, missing out the update found in the 2021 model, despite having been introduced close to the latter.
Nevertheless, Iris Xe graphics and LPDDR4X memory are included in this update.

Reviewer score 73% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Gram 17's U-series processor might not be ideal for gaming, but you could definitely use this laptop to play less resource-hungry titles. Its score of 15,626 on the Geekbench 4.3 test one-upped its predecessor by a slim margin. The Intel Iris Plus graphics in the Gram 17 are better than the integrated graphics of yesteryear.
Pros
- Gorgeous 14-inch display
- Powerful Intel Core i7 processor
- Good battery life
Cons
- Display could be brighter
