Product Overview
The 2021 Gigabyte AORUS 17G is a 17.3-inch flagship gaming laptop that improves upon the 2020 model by offering NVIDIA RTX 30-series GPUs. Other premium features such as mechanical keyboard and 300Hz IPS display with 72% NTSC gamut are carried over.
Other tangential improvements include the larger 99Wh battery, the inclusion of a Thunderbolt 3 port, and the upgrade of HDMI to v2.1.
At the same time, the 2021 AORUS 17G retains the characteristic 1-inch chassis, the world's thinnest with a full-size mechanical keyboard. A large collection of I/O options as well as the elegant CNC aluminum alloy chassis makes the 17G a great candidate as mobile workstation, too.

Reviewer score 74% (normalized by Neofiliac)The keyboard features per-key lighting and Omron mechanical switches, which offer a nice, deep 2.5mm of travel and a 1.6mm actuation point. The camera is a pretty typical 720p resolution, with a physical slide cover and average image quality. The speaker quality is better than we've heard in thin-and-light gaming laptops.
