Product Overview

Lenovo ThinkPad P14s with Intel is a portable mobile workstation based on the T14. What the P14s adds is NVIDIA Quadro P520 graphics.
Thanks to the more efficient Intel 10th-gen Core processors, the P14s delivers a long battery life and discrete graphics in a chassis merely 0.7-inch in thickness.
The P14s is also available in a version powered by AMD Ryzen 7 PRO processor. Other models in this generation of ThinkPad P-series include five mobile workstations in the 15.6-inch class: the flagship P17, the full-size P15, the thinner P15v and P15s, which share their chasses with the T15p and T15 respectively, and the ultra-portable P1 Gen 3 based on the X1 Extreme Gen 3.

Reviewers from notebookcheck have found:
The Samsung SSD in the Lenovo ThinkPad P14s has a capacity of 512 GB. The PCIe-NVMe-SSD in M.2-2280 format is very fast and outperforms all SSDs from other manufacturers. The cooling system mostly remains silent, but it sometimes makes a very quiet noise. The fan is audible under load, but not extremely loud.
Pros
  • Very good input devices
  • High-quality display
  • Good battery life
Cons
  • High temperatures under load
  • No "power bridge" option
