Product Overview

The 3rd-generation Mazda BT-50 is a pickup truck based on the 3rd-gen Isuzu D-Max and assembled by Isuzu in its factory in Thailand on an OEM basis.
The new BT-50 wears Mazda's Kodo—Soul of Motion design language that combines the expression of power and toughness with functionality suited to a pickup truck. It also keeps the BT-50 inline with Mazda's vehicle lineup aesthetically, despite sharing the base structure with the Isuzu D-Max.
The new, Isuzu-sourced 3.0L 4JJ3-TCX inline-4 turbo-diesel replaces the 3.2L Ford inline-5 from the previous generation.
