Product Overview

The MSI Bravo 15 is a 15.6-inch gaming laptop powered by 7nm AMD Ryzen 4000 H-Series mobile processors and AMD Radeon RX 5000M-series GPUs. The "All-AMD" combo delivers the graphics to the users with 144/120Hz panel with AMD FreeSync Premium technology.

Reviewer score 55% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from notebookcheck have found:
Bravo 15's excellent system performance lands it first place in our comparison table. The competition's processors can't keep up with the 4800H - whether it's the Core i5-9300H or the Ryzen 7 3750H. The sound is better than that of the main competitor, the Acer Nitro 5, although even the Bravo 15 cannot produce a full bass.
Pros
  • Excellent system performance
  • High-contrast display
  • Fast NVMe SSD
  • Good battery life
Cons
  • High temperatures under load
  • No SD card reader
  • No Thunderbolt 3

Reviewer score 76% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcmag have found:
MSI's Bravo 15 hits all the right marks for a budget-oriented gaming notebook. It offers solid 1080p gaming performance, a FreeSync-enabled display, and a redesigned chassis. It's true that gaming notebooks can be found for the same price, though they usually skim other specifications to achieve that.
Pros
  • Solid 1080p gaming performance
  • Solid battery life
  • Good keyboard backlighting
Cons
  • No G-Sync support
