pcmag[1]

Reviewer score 39% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcmag have found:
At 4.23 ounces, the AW610M is one of the heaviest mice I've reviewed in recent memory. The heft encourages you to grip the mouse in a way that puts stress on the muscles in your hand. Alienware's proprietary sensor is sharp, tracking up to 16,000dpi and accurate at up to 400 inches per second.
Pros
  • Superb battery life
  • Excellent sensor
  • Comfortable, ergonomic design
Cons
  • Limited customization options
  • Expensive for a wireless mouse

rtings[2]

Reviewer score 56% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from rtings have found:
The Alienware AW610M has two additional side buttons which, along with the wheel button click, are programmable via Alienware's software. The mouse wheel is an incremented scroll wheel, which feels quite typical for a gaming mouse. Command Center is the same software Alienware offers to customize their PCs and doesn't seem to have as much focus on accessory control. The Alienware is suitable for all hand sizes with a palm grip, and larger hands for claw grip.
Pros
  • Lighter than the Alienware AW610M
  • More programmable buttons
  • Good click latency
Cons
  • Limited customization options
  • No customization options on macOS
