Sentiment Score 39%
Reviewers from pcmag have found the following***:
At 4.23 ounces, the AW610M is one of the heaviest mice I've reviewed in recent memory. The heft encourages you to grip the mouse in a way that puts stress on the muscles in your hand. Alienware's proprietary sensor is sharp, tracking up to 16,000dpi and accurate at up to 400 inches per second.

Pros
  • Superb battery life
  • Excellent sensor
  • Comfortable, ergonomic design
Cons
  • Limited customization options
  • Expensive for a wireless mouse

rtings[2]

Sentiment Score 56%
Reviewers from rtings have found the following***:
The Alienware AW610M has two additional side buttons which, along with the wheel button click, are programmable via Alienware's software. The mouse wheel is an incremented scroll wheel, which feels quite typical for a gaming mouse. Command Center is the same software Alienware offers to customize their PCs and doesn't seem to have as much focus on accessory control. The Alienware is suitable for all hand sizes with a palm grip, and larger hands for claw grip.
Find the original article here.
Pros
  • Lighter than the Alienware AW610M
  • More programmable buttons
  • Good click latency
Cons
  • Limited customization options
  • No customization options on macOS

The Dell Alienware AW310M is good for office and multimedia work. It feels well-built and has an ambidextrous shape suitable for nearly all hand sizes using a palm or claw grip. It connects wirelessly with a USB receiver and you can program all of the buttons using the companion software. Unfortunately, it doesn't have Bluetooth support, and its scroll wheel lacks L/R tilt buttons and doesn't unlock for free scrolling.

Pros
  • Feels well-built
  • Comfortable ambidextrous shape suitable for nearly all hand sizes using a palm or claw grip
  • Low click latency and lift-off distance
Cons
  • Scroll wheel lacks L/R tilt buttons and doesn't unlock for free scrolling
  • Doesn't have nearly as many side buttons as a dedicated MMO gaming mouse

The Dell Alienware AW510M is decent for office and multimedia work. It has an ambidextrous shape suitable for nearly all hand sizes using a palm or claw grip. It also has plenty of buttons, all of which you can program using the customization software. Unfortunately, it's a wired-only mouse, and the scroll wheel lacks L/R tilt buttons and doesn't unlock for free scrolling.

rtings[5]

Sentiment Score 42%
Reviewers from rtings have found the following***:
The Dell Alienware AW610M is a good office mouse. Despite being marketed as a gaming mouse, it works best as an office mouse due to its comfortable and ergonomic design. It feels quite well-built and should be able to withstand constant use. While it has a wide customizable CPI range and a fairly low click latency, unfortunately, it's quite heavy, which may not be great for FPS games.
Find the original article here.
Pros
  • Comfortable and ergonomic design
  • Feels quite well-built
  • Very low click latency
Cons
  • Not ideal for fingertip grip
  • Quite heavy
