Built on TSMC 7nm FinFET process, it comes with rather high 4MB L1 cache, 32MB L2 cache, and 256MB L3 cache. This CPU supports 8 channel DDR4 memory. Unsurprisingly, PCIe-4 is supported, though PCIe 5 is sorely missing. Last but not least, an interesting aspect of the AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5995WX is that it is unlocked for overclocking.
