Product Overview

Ferrari F430 Spider (Type F131) is a high-performance mid-size convertible sports car in production from 2004 to 2009. It was powered by a F136 naturally-aspirated V8 engine that displaced 4.3 liters. Like the 360 Spider, to which the F430 is an evolution (facelift), the F430 Spider came with either manual or automated manual (F1) transmissions.
Compared to the 360 Spider, the F430 Spider has more elements that can still be found in modern Ferraris in terms of styling. Still, it kept largely the former's curved lines and sensuous design language.
Unfortunately, even though it is a wonderful car, many were optioned with the dated "F1" automated manual transmission. This is a source of letdowns in the used market.
