Ford Edge (chassis code U387) is a mid-size crossover in production from 2007 to 2014. It was available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.7 liters.
While the Edge is relatively bland, it has a distinct front fascia, unlike many European crossovers in its class. It also comes with a range of decent engine options that are each easy to work on.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, need to think twice before pulling the trigger: the Ford Edge is hardly the "offroader" that Ford would like you to think. It is more closely a commuter vehicle for school and grocery runs.
