Product Overview

GMC Terrain 2 is an affordable compact crossover in production from 2017 to 2021. It was available with a range of inline-4 engines that displaced 1.5 to 2.0 liters. Like its predecessor, the Mk2 Terrain shares its platform with the Chevrolet Equinox.
Unfortunately, while the original Terrain was imposing, almost SUV-like, the Mk2 Terrain is a smaller, much less desirable vehicle. It also lost larger engines and became lethargic in the powertrain department.
Those who drive offroad, for work or leisure, need to think twice before pulling the trigger: the GMC Terrain is hardly the "offroader" that GMC would like you to think.
