Product Overview

Alpina XD3 F25 is a compact crossover in production from 2013 to 2017. It was powered by a modified N57 3.0L inline-6 turbodiesel engine.
As usual, Alpina switched out the single turbo of the N57 for a bi-turbo setup. The engine internals were upgraded, as were other main driveline components. This allowed Alpina to squeeze out more power than the F25 BMW X3 xDrive 35d on which it is based. Still, the output of this modified engine is lower than the tri-turbo version of the N57 found in BMW's own 50d series vehicles.
