Product Overview

Rolls-Royce Ghost is a high-end full-size luxury sedan in production from 2009 to 2014, whereupon it received a facelift. It was available with a single BMW N74 V12 engines that displaced 6.6 liters (N74B66).
Unlike its bigger brother, the Phantom, the Ghost was based on the same platform as the F01 BMW 7 Series. It had a lot more power when it came out than the naturally-aspirated Phantom 7; as a result, Rolls-Royce marketed it towards owners who plan on driving the vehicle occasionally.
The Ghost was another tremendous success, and sold in greater numbers than the flagship.

Reviewer score 88% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from carmagazine have found:
The Phantom is constructed around an aluminium spaceframe but the Ghost's chassis is a steel unibody. Aluminium chassis are chunky affairs so sticking with steel allowed Rolls to endow the Ghost with interior space not far short of the Phantom while keeping the footprint much smaller. The 5399mm Ghost is 435mm shorter, 42mm narrower and 82mm shorter than a Phantom with the standard wheelbase.
Pros
  • Gorgeous looks
  • Impressive performance
  • Comfortable rear seats
Cons
  • No sport mode
  • No steering paddles or sport modes
